The lovely Villa is located in the little, old medieval town of Sveti Lovrec and is in walking distance to grocery shop, bakery, cafes and restaurant. The coast and the beaches are only 9 km away - Lim Fjord, and the resort town of Porec is 14 km away (sport, restaurants, shops, hipermarkets, beaches) The entrance to Villa is from the right side into the open-plan living room with sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are double and bunkbedroom with balcony and bathroom with bath. The front covered terrace with furniture extends to a 6m x 4m swimming pool. Private ground: 300 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants. The villa would suit a large family or couples/friends who wish to experience the peace and quiet of rural Istria, yet be within easy reach of historical cities and beaches. Areas of interest within the area include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar and Pula. A day trip to Venice and Brijuni islands ar recommended excursions that are available from this region.

Weekly rates include:

  • use of all facilities and amenities,
  • VAT,
  • tourist tax,
  • linen,
  • towels,
  • water,
  • electricity,
  • gas,
  • soaps,
  • shampoos and shower gels,
  • final cleaning

  • 300 € damaged deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
  • Minimum stay is 7 days

lease note that prices are published for the weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied. 

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
