summer kitchen.It is located near town id Pula on Istria Peninsula, in village called Rakalj.
The 200 m2 sized villa has 3 bedrooms (each room has it's own bathroom and balcony), a living room with a fireplace, TV/satellite receiver, DVD player, a luxuriously equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refridgerator, freezer, toaster, coffemaker and mixer), as well as a room with a washer and an additional bathroom.
All rooms in the building have air-conditioning.
Next to the heated pool (8x4m) is the summer kitchen with equipped with a
grill, working space, dishwasher as well as hot and cold water.
The beach is 2 km from the villa, a coffiebar within walking distance and a restaurant can be found at a distance of 2 km. For your security Villa is equipped with an alarm installation as well as a safe.
