Villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 3 levels, with sleeping capacity for 10+ people.

There are several villages close to the villa (less than 3 km away) with local restaurants, and both sandy and pebble beaches nearby.

Milna Bay and Zaglav Bay sandy beaches are both just a short walk.  Stoncica Bay, also nearby, has a sandy beach and restaurant.  Rukavac, a fishing village with a fish beachside restaurant, and Srebrna Bay, with a white pebble beach, are all within a few minutes drive.
 
In Villa sleeps 10+ people.  There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 3 levels with terraces and kitchen on each level.  The villa is spacious and lovely, with views from almost every room.  A short walk through the garden brings you to the sea.  You'll enjoy the secrets of VIS island all year - the gardens, the yachting, the summer festival and cozy winter evenings by the fire.

Villa in the center of Komiža, island Vis

 Restored and renovated in 2005, Villa a charming, two-storey, townhouse situated in a tiny courtyard just off Ribarska ulica - Komiza's main pedestrian walkway. Entrance to the property is through a gate and small outdoor patio. A kitchen, dining area and small bathroom occupy the ground floor. A flight of stone steps leads upstairs along the exterior of the building to the first floor with main bathroom and extra kitchenette.
There are four double bedrooms and a bathroom spread over the first and second floors.

The bedroom windows have birdseye views of the treetops and pantiled roofs. The rooms are bright and airy, painted in warm shades of lemon and terracotta. The bedrooms have beautiful old wardrobes and dresser drawers. The floors are hardwood, the furnishings tasteful and uncluttered. All in all, a house of character and charm.
The Church of Our Lady of the Pirates and pine-fringed pebbly beach is a 5-minute stroll from the house.

There are three double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and bathroom spread over the first and second floors - villa is suitable for 9 persons.
