is situated in a place Orašac 15 km from Dubrovnik.

The second floor of Villa consists of modern kitchen, dinning area, large living room and balcony with sea view.

Villa has separated part for washing a laundry with dryer, a place for a barbecue where you can use gas grills. It is equipped with Internet access, satellite TV, fully air-conditioned, equipped with floor heating, washing machines, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.

It is located 150 meters from the sea, 200 meters to the beach.

Situated on the hill above the bay Mlini, only 15 minutes far from Dubrovnik airport and 10 minutes from UNESCO Heritage site of Dubrovnik Old Town.

Complex spread across 3 floors. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms all with en-suit bathrooms.

Every bedroom has satellite television, Hi-Fi device, air-conditioning, telephone, internet and safety vault. There are also a cloak-room and floor has it own living room with mini bar and exit on balcony.

On the first floor there are big living room with exits on big terrace and balcony, work-room, kitchen and dining room. From bedrooms and living rooms spreads a beautiful view on Mediterranean garden, pleasingly greenery, the blue Adriatic sea, bay Mlini and nearby islands.
