Villa is original Dalmatian stone house is located 300 meters from the sea in the Bol, famous Croatian beach resort. To the Zlatni rat beach there is cca 15 minutes walk.

Villa is suitable for the accommodation od 7 persons plus extras. Villa features two floors - (ground floor and 1st floor).

The ground floor is a fully equipped with modern kitchen, dining area with dining table and living room. Extra beds are available in the living room ( max. 3). From the living room two doors lead to large front yard which is equipped with a large dining table, seating garniture for relaxing, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa where there are 3 double rooms with matrimonial bed, one bedroom with single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet.

The villa is equipped with air condition, dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, fridge with freezer, satellite TV, DVD, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, portable grill, blender, toaster, water heater, dining and relaxing garniture for the garden, deck chairs for the garden, parking place for each guest and all other technical technical supplying for your pleasant stay. Baby cot is available upon request.
