Villa Sunrose is a Mediterranean style home that faces south and west overlooking Bay with views to Hvar and Vis islands. Milna Harbor is within walking distance, less than 3 kilometers away. Villa is designed for indoor/outdoor living to give our guests a true Adriatic experience with seaside country comfort and plenty of room for family and friends. Vila has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa features 500 m2 of outdoor living space with dipping pool, terraces, sun decks, garden, views the sea, pool with sheltered surrounding terraces, shaded with sails, outdoor kitchen and stone oven/fireplace/grill, outdoor dining areas, with large dining table for 12 or more people. Villa swimming platform with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Villa electric power is sourced from solar energy and stored in batteries. All lights, appliances and power outlets are powered by large capacity batteries, with the exception of the washing machine, dish washer, and electric ovens. These high wattage appliances are directly connected to a generator. High wattage appliances such as hair dryers, toasters, coffee machines, electric kettles, irons, and other appliances, which have heating elements/coils cannot be used in Villa. Use of such high wattage appliances will deplete, and can potentially damage, the batteries. Please note that Villa does not include air conditioning, but guests find the fans, open air design and cool interiors very comfortable.
