Holiday rental Bol is located only 80 meters from the sea and beach, near the promenade leading to the world famous Adriatic beach - Zlatni Rat and 500 m from the center of beautiful tourist town of Bol on the island of Brac.

Zlatni rat is a pebble beach which stretches 500 meters into the sea and changes its shape under the influence of sea currents. Near the house there are sport centers specialised for kitesurfing, diving and windsurfing.

Bol has ideal conditions for water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing because of the wind Maestral that blows in the summer time. You can take some of the beginners courses of kitesurfing, diving or windsurfing, if you already have experience in these sports in the sports centers you can rent or store and participate in some of the programs.

Near the house tennis center and wellness center are situated.
