VILLA MARTIN ON THE ISLAND OF BRAC CROATIA

Villa Martin Brac is situated in the west part of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brac. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, which was renovated in 2011 and furnished with authentic period furniture.

This charming villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area, a separate wc, one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation a garden terrace with a swimming pool.

The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a furnished large terrace with stunning sea views.

House equipment: washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, free internet connection, hair drier, iron, ironing board, DVD player, Hi-fi, barbecue, garden furniture

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
