Luxury villa Pag is a modern building situated in settlement Bosana, on the island of Pag, one of the sunniest places in Croatia. Villa is just 100 m away from beach and 5 km away from town Pag. Island Pag is a specific and famous place in many ways. Here you will find opposites in extraordinary harmony, like wilderness of rocky coast where a famous party place Zrce gathers thousands of people for 24-hour party, on one side and luxury houses in the peace and quiet of ‘ruthless’ nature on the other side. Also, gastronomy specials such as lamb dish and world famous hard sheep cheese are highly recommended here.

Villa Pag is ideal for hosting up to 12 guests on her three floors.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, dining area and semi-closed terrace with outdoor dining stone table and barbecue, where you have equipment to prepare some traditional Dalmatian dishes baked under an iron bell, which we call ‘Peka’.

On the first floor you will find five bedrooms with four bathrooms, three of them have king size beds, one has two twin beds and the last one has a corner sofa and two separate beds. Balconies on the first floor are equipped with outdoor sitting furniture, where you can enjoy, as we already mentioned, unforgettable sunsets and extraordinary nature.

Second floor is reserved for one spacious living room with fireplace and elegant seating garniture and one more bathroom. From this room you have a wonderful, breathtaking panoramic view.
Outside area of Villa Pag is designed to fitt the environment and Villa itself. Here you will find a swimming pool of 72m2, Jacuzzi, two stone furnished plateaus, one with lounge, other with dining furniture. 

Villa Pag is fully air-conditioned and has central heating system. All rooms have satellite TV’s, DVD and CD players.

Villa has 2 completely equipped kitchens (on the ground floor) with stove (2 ceramic hotplates), hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle and coffee machine. Villa also has washing and drying machines, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, seating furniture, deck chairs, 2 inner fireplaces, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor and closed terrace, barbecue and table tennis table. Villa offers 7 parking spaces in the backside of the house.
