Villa is a fully equipped villa with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and easy.

The villa's 5 bedrooms are furnished with high quality beds: two bedrooms with king size beds , one bedroom with queensize bed, and two bedrooms with twin beds (which can be joined to form king size beds).

Bathrooms : 5 en-suite bathrooms, plus one additional  6th  bathroom.

Extra sixth bedroom ( junior suite )with en-suite bathroom, king size bed, sea view, available on request. Additional beds available on request.

Villa is equipped with: mosquito screens throughout the villa, WLAN WIFI Internet at no extra charge, air conditioning, fireplace and central heating , 3 satellite TVs, DVD player, CD player, one fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, refrigerator with freezer, outdoor stone BBQ, espresso machine, “American” style coffee machine, microwave, toaster, iron, kettle, hair dryer, fans, washing machine,  baby cot and high chair, wooden sundeck on the beach below the villa , umbrellas and sun lounges for beach and terraces, private mooring for small boat in front of the villa, 2 bicycles, private parking for 2+ cars and additional parking available. Lovely native gardens and spacious terraces of Villa Vis offer plenty of outdoor living space to compliment the roomy interior. Outdoor dining on upper and lower terraces plus a large outdoor stone fireplace and terrace complete the vision of this beautiful villa. Discreetly located behind the main villa building, among the citrus and wine grape trees, the intimate barbecue terrace provides a sizzling ambiance tempered by cool breezes; with beautiful outdoor stone barbecue setup is ideal for personalized BBQ experience. The woven bamboo couches; wooden outdoor furniture and chaises lounges grouped on terraces and garden feature private conversation areas and are ideal for sunbathing, afternoon siestas, or for watching the magnificent sunsets.

The villa is situated near the sea and sandy beach in Milna Bay is a 5 to 10 minute slow walk from the house. Zaglav Bay with beautiful white sandy beach is both just a short walk distance from the Milna Bay, Stončica Sand Bay with local “konoba” only minutes drive from the villa.  The property overlooks its own semi-private beach with stair access from the garden, less than 10 meters from the house.

Villa    is located on the Dalmatian coastal island of VIS, Croatia, in the beautiful Adriatic Sea near to Milna Bay, 9 kilometers from the port town of Vis

•    There are several villages close to the villa (less than 3 km away) with local ‘konobas’ (traditional restaurants), and both sandy and pebble beaches nearby

•    Explore Green Cave, Azure Cave on nearby Bisevo island, rugged Stiniva Beach, Srebrna Bay (Silver Bay) and the sandy beaches of Milna, Zaglav, and Stoncica and Budihovac island  Bay

•    Local baker  delivers fresh bread daily every morning around 8.30h , directly to you at  Villa   parking place , as well as fresh fruit and vegetables, milk, eggs – min.  twice a week in the afternoon.

•    First Supermarket for daily shopping is very close in nearby village of Podstrazje 1,5 km , only few minutes with a car from our villa, and large  supermarkets in Vis ( 9km) and Komiža ( 18km) are open seven days a week until late evening 21.00 h , you can find everything there

•    We can organize  daily shopping service for you: local excellent special eco island food, fish, lamb, fresh eggs, vegetables and fruit ...

•    Local markets - fruit , vegetable and fish markets are open daily in nearby VIS town (9km – less than 10 min with a car ) .You can also buy fresh fish directly off the fishing boats in nearby Rukavac village ( 3km from villa), it is perfect fish!

The villa is stocked with all the basic needs for guests, including kitchen herbs and spices and small amounts of conveniences such as flour, sugar, tea, toilet paper, bath amenities, etc.  In addition, the owners offer a food hamper service on request to fully stock the villa for guest preferences prior to arrival.

TOWELS AND LINENS

One set of high quality bath and bed linen per person is included in the weekly rental cost.  Additional towels and linens are available upon request.

ON-REQUEST SERVICES

Villa   provides a variety of bespoke services for the convenience and personal preferences of guests.  Additional maid service, cook service, baby sitting, personal laundry service  and concierge service is available upon request. These may be arranged at least 60 days in advance of arrival.
