Luxury villa VIP No. 6 in Primosten is part of villa resort.

All villas are built in cascade with flat roofs, therefore have unobstructed views on the sea in front.
Greened and terraced flat roofs provide a calming effect for relax in a natural environment. The design of the interior and exterior lighting and careful selection of building materials completes the comfort and luxury here.

Luxury villa IV consists of 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large open kitchen with dining room, big living room, separate toilet, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and atrium with greenery. There is also roofed parking lot for 2 cars.

Villa accommodates up to 6 persons.

Total surface of living area is 380 square meters of modernly and luxury equipped space.

The villa is completely air conditioned. The entrance door is opened by security code and has indoor intercom video.
Villa is 50 meters away from the private beach.

The lowest level:
On the lowest level in villa is indoor swimming pool (16m2) with countercurrent swimming. Swimming pool area is opened on the beautiful 35m2 terrace with deck chairs and sea view. There is also atrium decorated with greenery, and sauna with shower.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker with a four ring ceramic hob, oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils. Kitchen is opened into 15m2 terrace with dining table and amazing sea view.
Inside is also dining area / table as well as a large living room (131m2) with sofa and armchairs and SAT LCD TV. This area is opened to a terrace (35m2) with terrace furniture.
On this floor there is also common toilet.

First floor:
First floor consists of three double bedrooms. First one is with king size bed, SAT LCD TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and balcony (4m2) with amazing sea view. Second bedroom is also with king size bed, SAT LCD TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and shared sea view balcony (3m2) with the third bedroom. There are 2 separate single beds, SAT LCD TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside:
In front of the villa there are tastefully decorated and furnished sea view terraces with sitting sets for relax during the day.
There is also covered parking for two cars.
