The property is well furnished in traditional style and oak beams used for the construction give it a very special atmosphere. On the ground floor enters directly into open-plan living room which has a sitting area, kitchen, dining area and separate toilet. Steps from the living room lead to the first floor which has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds share a shower room/wc. In the garden is a charming covered BBQ.Holiday house Anna is in the centre of the small Istrian village of Divsici, about 10 minutes drive from old town of Vodnjan, with some excellent restaurants. Pula, interesting for its old Roman remains and the Amphetheatre, is only 13 km distant.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
