This villa with swimming pool is located just near the sea and pebble beach where you may relax on sundecks.
From this tastefully decorated villa you may also enjoy the amazing view on crystal clear blue sea, have fun in playing room or do exercises in gym and play table tennis.
Besides sunbathing around swimming pool, villa has shady space on the roof also designed for sunbathing and relaxing.

Villa consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and laundry room.

Villa accommodates up to 12 people.

Holiday Villa Arba Dalmatia has 2 floors and the basement. Total surface of living area is 210 square meters plus balconies and terraces and pool area in front of the house.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of kitchen with breakfast bar equipped with all dishes, cooking and eating utensils, stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher…
There is dining area with table and chairs, living area with comfortable corner couch, SAT LCD TV and DVD player.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower tub is also on this floor. This floor is opened onto the large terrace from the living room area. Terrace is equipped with sitting garniture.

First floor:
At the first floor are 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Two rooms have sea view. Also, two rooms on this floor are twin with 2 single beds, while the third one is with double bed.

At the roof is a shady space for sunbathing, completely hidden from views, connected with the stairs from the house.

Outside:
In front of this beach villa there is a swimming pool with sun beds right near, as well as the terrace furniture. On the other terrace are dining table and fireplace for barbecue / grill.

Damage deposit: 500, 00 EUR (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
