SAN PIETRO HOLIDAY HOUSE BRAC CROATIA

Holiday house San Pietro is situated is the old part of Supetar, on the island of Brac and offers accommodation for 7+ people. It is ideal for friends and families, features traditional dalmatian style and outdoor pool. The House is composed of two parts. 

Villa accommodates up to 10 person.

Bigger house – ground floor:
Ground floor suite has stylishly decorated open plan kitchen fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, and cookery and cutlery needed. Together with the kitchen is dining area with small table and chairs. Next is living room area with sofa that also may be used as an extra bed for one person and LCD SAT TV.
Suite has one bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower.

Bigger house – first floor:
First floor suite in bigger house is exactly the same as the one at the ground floor. The only difference is that first floor suite’ living room is opened to the pool area / terrace by glass doors.

Smaller house:
Smaller house has one suite that consists of open plan kitchen with all appliances, dining table, living room with sofa which may be an extra bed and LCD SAT TV, and bedroom with one double bed and one single bed.
There is also modernly equipped bathroom with shower.

All suites / both houses are air conditioned and are covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside there is nicely landscaped garden full of Mediterranean greenery. Holiday house features terrace with swimming pool equipped with sitting and dinning garnitures. On the terrace there is outdoor fireplace as well as the summer kitchen and traditional konoba.

Holiday house San Pietro is equipped with airconditioning, washing mashine and SAT/TV.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
